HEAT-TREATING
SERVICES FOR RUBY-SAPPHIRE. Our lab provides contract
heat-treatment services for ruby-sapphire (minimum 5 kilos
per project) :
Contract
heat-treatment on ruby-sapphire service is limited. Our capabilities
include CO/CO2, H2/N2, O2, O2/N2 fugacity process with/without
additives (borax, phosphates, others) to 1800oC using GEMLAB
top-bottom load muffle furnace model 181-3B. Specialists in
beryllium, lead, tantalum, bismuth and other additives heating
processes. Cost depend the type of ruby-sapphire submitted

& DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN HEAT-TREATING RUBY-SAPPHIRE.
We have the technical expertise and use the latest
technology and equipment to undertake any research & development
project related to heat-treating rubies-sapphires.
