equipment that customers can use for low or high temperature
heat-treatment processing of rubies-sapphires. Our company
offers you a unique "try before you buy" opportunity
to evaluate your materials processing methods and define your
equipment requirements. Using our research and development
laboratory furnaces is very helpful to compare your stones
treated by other methods and to find new ways to optimize
in treating your rubies-sapphires.

service is not available anywhere else in this planet. All
work is done by the customer under the supervision of our
technician. We
have three types of furnaces (Gemlab 181-3B, box-type and
Lakmini) to satisfy most demanding commercial applications
and research & development projects in heat-treating ruby-sapphire.

be familiar with different ways in heat treating ruby-sapphire you
can enroll our special heat-treatment course
offered several times per year in our lab in Bangkok (Thailand).
RATES
- The rate
for laboratory work is US$800 per 24 hours or part thereof, plus
cost of all consumables (gas, crucibles, etc.).
- Lab technician
time is US$75 per hour for pre-run and post-run work for each
heating process..
- Customer
may treat any type of ruby-sapphire for treatment. Chemical contamination
on our equipment due to the type of fluxes used by the customer
will be billed at cost.
- Customer
must submit only rubies and sapphires for heat-treatment.
- Preparation
of cleaning rubies-sapphires should be done at customer's premises
prior to heat-treatment in our lab.
